DELIVERY
We deliver products Australia wide commonly using the Australia post eparcel service.
Orders are dispatched within 2 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 3-7 business days depending on your location within Australia.
Delivery Rates
Single items flat rate of $10.00 AuSTRALIA WIDE
Additional items are charged extra $4.00 PER ITEM
Orders are dispatched via registered post & will require a signature on arrival.
We only deliver within Australia.

Pack & Dispatch
While we pride ourselves on quick dispatch of your goods, we will not be held responsible for delivery delays once goods have left our warehouse.
We ensure orders are packed properly to ensure they arrive in good condition. If your order does not arrive in good condition please contact us.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
Our requirements
Please choose carefully. We do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or doesn’t perform as advertised.
Perfect Scent Fragrances will refund products not completely satisfied with on arrival, within 7 days of purchase.
For any returns to be accepted & refunds given, the product must be returned in all its original packaging & undamaged, including packaging.
All return postage fees will be the responsibility of the customer unless the product is deemed defective, damaged or received incorrectly.
Refunds will not be given for incorrect product choices.
